Welcome to the Licensing Management System News, Updates, and Resources Site
This site will share updates and the latest details on the upcoming changes to the Licensing Management System. At ADHS, we are committed to enhancing public health through innovative and user-friendly solutions. Our new Licensing Management System (LMS) is designed to provide a seamless, secure, and efficient experience for all our licensees.
What is the Licensing Management System?
The Licensing Management System (LMS) at ADHS is a comprehensive platform designed to enhance public health by providing a seamless, secure, and efficient experience for licensees. It manages applications, inspections, enforcements, and more, featuring a secure portal, facility account management, and real-time updates.
What’s Changing for Licensees:
- Applications & Renewals: As of February 11th, 2025 all applications and renewals must be submitted electronically, as ADHS will no longer accept paper applications/renewals. Additionally, renewal and anniversary payments also need to be submitted via the LMS portal.
- New Secure LMS Portal: Access the new system directly from the ADHS website by logging into your established portal account
- Facility Account Management: Designated facility team members will have access to the facility account once logged in
- Comprehensive Licensing Platform: The LMS will serve as a one-stop shop for all licensing needs, including a facility details page for real-time updates
- Enhanced User Experience: Manage applications, inspections, enforcements, and more with improved processing times, mobility, and self-service functions
